in an investment bank). Rich people invest in assets, income producing assets. The income that

these assets produce is ‘passive’. In other words no work is required to earn the income.

Rich and successful people also keep an eye on expenses and keep these to a minimum.

During your project to make money and be successful you will come up against obstacles, lack of energy, lack of enthusiasm, lack of ideas, the Jeremiahs and naysayers etc. It will seem as if everything is against you. Rich people have all come across obstacles and overcome them through persistence and doggedness. It’s what we British call the ‘Bulldog Spirit’. Just keep going. You will get there in the end, and get your Pot of Gold, despite a meandering course. NEVER GIVE UP in your goal to become successful and make money.
